Healthy Eating!

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

With a busy life it’s not always easy to make quick healthy meals, but recently I have found two new meals that are quick, easy and delicious!

The first one has become my go to breakfast meal!


1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup of granola (I use Kind blueberry and vanilla)I normally add a couple strawberries to it as well! This recipe is gluten free and a great way to start the day! If you’re like me you can top it off with a cup of coffee for your daily caffeine!Salmon is always one of my favorites, so I was excited when I found this one!



4 salmon steaks

Brown sugar

1 cup of Quinoa

4 cups of Broccoli



Balsamic vinegar


1. Preheat oven to 375° 2. Cover salmon in brown sugar3. Cook for 25 minutes4. Cover a baking sheet in foil5. Season broccoli with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar to taste6. Cook for 20 minutes7.
