Hey guys! I hope your week is going great! I have just finished my afternoon run and I have my smoothie in hand ready to share this fantastic recipe with you! I found this recipe a couple months ago and it has become a part of my regular routine! I hope y’all like it!
- 1 cup of water (almond and coconut milk are good alternatives as well!)
- 1 banana sliced
- almond butter
- lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of pineapple
TIP: You can also freeze to make your own home made popsicles!
