Routine

Towards the end of 2018 I set out on a mission to become more of a morning person. I have always been the type of person who slept until the last minute and then was rushed the rest of the morning to get to work, school, etc, on time. I found that establishing a routine was the best way to become a morning person!

REASONS WHY HAVING A ROUTINE WILL MAKE YOU THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF:

  • Less anxiety
  • A better sleep schedule: Your body will thank you!
  • Nothing important gets “put on the back burner” 
  • You get in the habit of making healthier choices
  • To-Do list seem less daunting when you have time and places for everything!
