January is halfway over, the holiday buzz has died out, and now everyone is looking to what comes next. Over the last few months between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, we have all no doubt gotten in a routine of eating more and exercising less. It’s the holidays, so there is more temptation, but now we have all found that it is time to get back on track.
This January, I’m starting off the year trying out new and fun ways to exercise as my way of hitting “the reset button.” Whatever your schedule is, find a fun, new way to get active! I am trying yoga for the first time! I’m also mixing this with running, and some injury prevention exercises!
